Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing from Crabola The Bookstore.

Our products are digital downloads (eBooks and digital workbooks) that are delivered instantly after purchase. Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, we generally do not offer returns or refunds.

We encourage all customers to carefully review the product description, contents, and details before placing an order to ensure the product meets their needs.

No Refunds for Digital Products

All sales are considered final once the purchase is completed.

We do not provide refunds for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Purchasing the product by mistake
  • Failure to read the product description before buying
  • Technical issues related to the customer’s device, software, or internet connection

Since the product is delivered digitally, it cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed.

Exception: Accidental Duplicate Purchase

Refunds may be issued only in cases where the same product has been purchased more than once by mistake.

To qualify for a duplicate order refund:

  • The purchases must be for the same product
  • The orders must be made using the same email address or customer account
  • The refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase

If approved, only the duplicate order will be refunded.

How to Request a Refund for Duplicate Orders

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider..
